The Llyana Sweat Mission is fun and yet short and is available after the Important Visitor mission. Meet up with Llyana at the bar. She will say that she goes for a run for fun. Follow the markers as you run through the course and you will finish the mission. The end of the mission also unlocks lock boxes on the mini map for box hunters so it is a good mission to complete as soon as possible.
