Once you have inspected the tombstone and have read the clue, head to the Wild Area. Once you are in the Wild Area make sure you are connected online so you can see people riding around and standing near landmarks and certain locations. You will need to track down people as they pass you and speak with them.

Once you have spoken with 35-50 of them (I’m unsure of the exact number) return to the tombstone. You will see that it has changed. Spiritomb now rests where the tombstone sits. Make sure to save the game first, just in case. You can then attack Spiritomb and catch it, adding it to your Pokedex and solving the Spread My Voice riddle. Thanks to Maniacal for the tip.
