When you first start the game you have access to a single Perk slot. You unlock additional slots at levels 15,20 and 25, allowing for a total of 4 Perks at maximum level. You can equip any Perk you have unlocked and unlike the other items in the game, they do not expire. If you unlock more than 1 of any type of Perk it is automatically leveled. So if you have Distressing Perk equipped and you find another Distressing Perk, you will then unlock Distressing Perk Rank II.
All of the Perks for both Survivors and Killers listed below are the level 1 versions. As you increase the level of the Perks the particular numbers are increased. The rarity of the Perks, Common/Uncommon/Rare/Ultra Rare are unique to that specific Perk. For example, a Distressing Perk can be both Uncommon and Rare depending on the level it was discovered. As such we have not included information on the rarity of each Perk.

Increase trap escape speed by 5%.

Skill Check success zones increased by 10% when you are injured.
Footstep marks stay visible 1 second less than normal.
When the Exit gates are opened the Killer’s aura is revealed for 3 seconds.
Bear Traps auras are revealed to you when standing within 2m.
No One Left Behind
Once the Exit gates are opened gain 50% more Blood Points for actions in the Altruism and you perform them 5% quicker.
We’ll Make It
For each Survivor you rescue from a hook gain an additional 25% speed increase to healing up to a maximum of 100% for 1 minute.
Grunts of pain caused by injuries are reduced by 50% when standing still.
List Of Killer Perks In Dead By Daylight
Terror Radius is increased (the distance the Survivors can hear your heartbeat), Gain 10% more experience points in Deviousness category.
Reduces effects of Survivor struggling by 25%. Increases time to escape grasp by 20%.
Basement Hooks are granted additional bonuses. 3% Faster Entity Progression, 5% increased difficulty on escape attempts, 3% increase penalty to escape fails.
Slightly increased bleed amount on successful attacks.
Reveals dying Survivor auras when within 12m.
The cooldown of missed attacks is reduced by 3%. The cooldown of successful attacks is reduced by 2%.
Survivors within your Terror Radius have a 3% greater chance of triggering Skill Checks when repairing, healing or sabotaging. Triggered Skill Check success zones are reduced by 5%.
