How To Defeat The Second Colossus In Shadow Of The Colossus
The Mammoth, want to know how to take him down? This guide will tell you How To Defeat The Second Colossus In Shadow Of The Colossus so you can bring down this massive four legged beast and be on your way to taking down the third Colossus.
The Second Colossus is slightly more difficult than the first, but still not much of a challenge. It’s a huge four legged beast so it’s slow, which is just as well. You will need to utilize your bow to bring this beast down safely. Stand directly in front of the Second Colossus, but a short distance away. Basically, stay away from its feet. Stand around 15-20ft ahead of it.
After a short amount of time, if you are standing in front of the Second Colossus, it will eventually attempt to stomp you with a large two footed attack. It will stand on its two hind legs momentarily, revealing a weak point on its front feet. Use your bow to shoot the feet that raise into the air, bringing the Colossus down to the ground.
You can then climb one of its front legs. You need to reach the top and back of the Colossus. There’s a weak point at the very rear of its back and one on the tip of its head. A couple of heavy strikes to each area should be enough to bring it down.
