Far Cry 4 Fortress Guide – Yuma’s Fortress
One of the most exciting challenges introduced to Far Cry 4 are Fortresses. This Far Cry 4 Fortress Guide will provide all the intel you need to ace Yuma’s Fortress, destroy the alarms, avoid detection and reap the rewards without a hitch. Yuma’s Fortress, Ratu Gadhi, is also considered an Outpost of sorts as it stops the reinforcements in that region from attacking any other Outposts you control. So if you’ve taken a good number of Far Cry 4 Outposts, it’s a good idea to take the nearby Fortress too.
Yuma’s Fortress Alarms
Yuma’s Fortress contains 3 Alarms that you must deactivate if you want to avoid calling in any unnecessary backups for the enemy forces. Below is a list of Alarms and the best way to disarm them without getting caught.
- Alarm One: To disable the first Alarm head towards the front entrance. It’s directly ahead of you on the central path, just on the left hand side.
- Alarm Two: Go to the left side of the entrance and use the Grappling hook. Climb the rocks to the left and you’ll see the alarm behind a house ahead
- Alarm Three: Continue up the hill from the previous alarm and look for a small clearing by a large rock. You can see the final alarm here.
After that it’s simply a matter of dispatching the guards. There’s only 1 heavy and 1 sniper so you shouldn’t have any trouble.
The incredibly popular Outpost feature from Far Cry 3 makes a return in Far Cry 4 and it’s better than ever. We’ve compiled a Far Cry 4 Outpost Guide to provide details on all of the quests, items
