Sector 5 Keycard 5 And 6 Location
When you reach the terminal room on B5, there are two keycards to be found here. One is on the box near the M unit and the other is in the corner on the opposite side of the room, on the floor.

Disposal Options
On top of weakening the Airbuster, you get rewards if you collect the loot from the disposal site. The disposal site is here on the map, right after the elevator room. You will have to interact with the door and complete the lever puzzle to get in.

Disposal Site ff7 remake

AI Programing Core: The core makes it so the Airbuster can’t stun you as much and can be sold for 500 Gil each.

Big Bomber: Makes it so the Airbuster has less of its crazy damage missiles. You can get them and they do 500 damage to any enemy within range.

M Unit Chests: For choosing the M Unit, you will get a chest for each one you send down. First chest has two ethers, second chest has two phoenix downs, and the third chest has two high potions.

Personally I recommend the Big Bombers for extra damage and the AI programming cores to avoid more stuns in the fight.
