Fire Emblem: Awakening Guide – Paralogue 5: Scion of Legend Guide
The Paralogue missions are side missions in Fire Emblem: Awakening that unlock rare powerful characters. This Fire Emblem: Awakening Paralogue 5: Scion of Legend Guide will go over how to recruit Owain. For this mission to be unlocked you will have to complete Chapter 13 and Lissa will have to be married to someone. If you would like to look at some of the other Paralogue missions, you can check out our Fire Emblem: Awakening Guide Page that has links to all of the Chapters and Paralogues. Now, let’s recruit Owain!
|Paralogue 5: Scion of Legend Guide|
- Character Unlock: Owain will join your squad after you talk to him with Lissa.
- XP Unlock: Look for the shinning squares on the map, these areas have increases in either XP or weapon proficiency increases.
The 5th Paralogue starts off with a cut scene about Lissa’s kid. This child, Owain, can be recruited at the end of this mission. Your characters will start in the top right corner of the map. There are three different sets of house areas that have ally sages in them. You’re going to want to keep them and Owain alive so that you can recruit the character at the end of the mission.
First thing you do is you’re going to want to split your squad and send them in the direction of the three different buildings with sages in them. You squad that goes towards the bottom left sage is going to have to be the strongest. There is a group of 5 enemies including a boss just outside this area. Split up, take healers to each spot and get to killing some baddies.
Make sure to take Lissa along with you. You need to talk to Owain with Lissa who is located by the closest sage to the left of your spawn before he will join your party. There will be some dialog between the two and, like usual, Lissa will start crying in some fashion. After this cut scene Owain will join your party for good.
Finish off all the enemies in the area before they get to the sages and you will have completed Paralogue 5. If you can get to the shiny spots they seem to be pretty decent experience boosts, but nothing worth restarting a match over for. There also is some dialog options with the sages, but again, nothing that really is earth shattering if you miss it.
