Most of the Pokemon you can use in Pokken Tournament start off unlocked but Mewtwo and Shadow Mewtwo are hidden. In order to use them you will have to unlock them. Check out this guide to find out How To Unlock Mewtwo And Shadow Mewtwo In Pokken Tournament!

How To Unlock Mewtwo And Shadow Mewtwo In Pokken Tournament

In order to unlock Mewtwo and Shadow Mewtwo you will need to play through the Ferrum League and beat it. As you progress through the league the story will start to break off and when you beat the story you will unlock Mewtwo. It will be time-consuming but it is worth it to play as Mewtwo. To unlock Shadow Mewtwo you will need to beat the S rank of the Ferrum League in single player. Again, time-consuming but worth it to have both of the characters unlocked for future use. And just so we are clear, this does not mean you need to get 5 star rank on all the battles in the Ferrum League.

Both Mewtwo and Shadow Mewtwo are a bit tricky to play and have high damage potential. Of the two I think Shadow Mewtwo is the harder to play but can dish out a lot of damage fast. I still like playing Mewtwo more than I like playing Shadow Mewtwo though.
