How To Unlock Vehicles In Borderlands 3The Cult Following quest sends you to meet Ellie at Ellie’s Garage. This quest acts as the tutorial introduction to the vehicle system of Borderlands 3. The quest is simple, you go to a nearby group of bandits and steal their vehicle. Once stolen, return to Ellie’s Garage and store the vehicle. She also gives you a Rocket Launcher upgrade for the vehicle, which is far more powerful than the gun it comes equipped with originally.
Once the vehicle is stored, you can freely access, use, and unlock vehicles in Borderlands 3.
