SAO Alicization Lycoris Lodend Mountains Service Quest (Side Quest) Guide

The Side Quests in SAO Alicization Lycoris are called Service Quests, special objectives that offer rewards. This SAO Alicization Lycoris Lodend Mountains Service Quest (Side Quest) Guide provides a walkthrough for each of the different side quests and service quests that we have encountered while exploring the Loden Mountains region.

SAO Alicization Lycoris Lodend Mountains Service Quests (Side Quest) Guide

Side Quests, or Service Quests in SAO, are optional side missions that you can complete for additional rewards. This includes experience, Sword Art XP, and sometimes unique and powerful items that you cannot find elsewhere or purchase in shops. Service Quests are highlighted on the map by a feather icon, so they are very easy to track down. However, once you have the quest, the objectives for those quests are not tracked, leaving it up to you to explore and complete each quest personally.

Tetias Troubles

This is a quest where you need to find Wideshroom, Bone-in Meat and Milk. All of which are easy enough to pick up. You can find the Bone-in Meat at the location above, just outside of town to the North. Kill the rabbits.

You can find the Wideshrooms here. Follow the path out of the village North. Eventually you will see some vines to climb. Climb them to the top, the Wideshrooms are up there.

Finally, the milk. Complete the “The Missing Sheep Feed” Service Quest and you will be rewarded with 8 Milk.

The Missing Sheep Feed

Simply follow the path out of the village to the South West. Keep following the road South West until you are close to the chest in that area, but still on the road, the targets you require are in this area. There’s only 2-3 that spawn, the others closer to the chest are a much higher level, so you’ll have to wait for the first batch to return.

Mysterious Writings

You get a single clue to find some buried treasure. “I sleep before the eastern stone, beyond the river”. Head to this location on the map, there’s a large boulder at this exact spot.

Giant Enemy Crab On The Road

Southern part of the map, just North of the Fighting For A Wish Objective.

Naleras Precious Flower

Head to the Northern most fishing point. The Precious Flower is on a large rock that spreads over the water above you at the fishing point. You have to go all the way to the North to cross the river and then come back down to reach this location.

Tudan And The Terrifying Rabbits

Just outside the village, to the North. There’s a collection of Rabbits here. Kill them until the quest is complete.

An End To The Turf Wars

After you complete Tudan And The Terrifying Rabbits, this quest becomes available. Simply approach and interact with each of the 6 feather icons to place the incense.

Tetias Broken Equipment

After you complete Tetias Troubles. She needs Precision Glass Tubes and Test Tubes. Head to the lake at this location. Swim in the lake and look for the green gathering icon. There’s two in the lake, one for each that she requires.

Malones Perfect Dish

This quest has a required level of 32, so you may want to leave it until you return later.
