The quests here unlock as you progress in the main story. If you have no side quests, go forward in the main mission until you do.

Fixing The Fishing Spot
You will need Tree Branches, Hardslate, and Sturdy Thread to beat this quest. The Tree Branches are easy to find in the Warmia Greenbelt by the big trees. The other two are rare at this point and I went to the capitol to buy them form a vendor. If I find a good spot to farm either I will add it later.
The Real Good Stuff
He will ask you to find him some Minta Leaf, which by now you should easily have five of.
Stone Signpost
A young boy will ask you to fix up his sign post for him. Go to the marker and interact with the sign to fix it. Return to the lad to complete the quest.
Quarry Quandary
This time the Merchant will want some Snow Silver. You probably already have six, but if not you can either buy it in the capital or head to the cave in the Warmia Greenbelt.
Can I Offer You A Nice Egg
Now the boy will want you to collect some eggs from bird nests for him. He says nests, but I just went and bought three eggs from the capital and returned to him.
The Thing In The Water
After you give the eggs to the kid he will ask for help getting something from the bottom of the lake. Warp down to the bridge and you can find the item in the lake underneath. It is in the north most corner near the rock face.
Bridge Battle
After you help the man fix the fishing spot he will give you this quest. Warp down the bridge are and kill the snails there.
Ants Ants ANTS
This one comes from the Merchant after doing a couple of other quests from the fisher and the boy. He wants you to kill some ants in the cave. Be careful not to use an AoE attack, this will make all of them attack you. Try to widdle them down one by one to make it easier.
Beasts Of The Lake
After killing the beasts on the bridge, the fisher wants you to kill some salamanders for him. The Salamanders are found under the bridge, kill four and return.
