Sekiro Gourd Seed Location Guide
You will most likely get your first seed from the mini boss General Naomori Kawarada. He is near the Outskirts Wall – Gate path in the Ashina Outskirts. When you warp to the idol there, head through the gate and you will see a large samurai inside. If you can, get above him and jump on top of him to start the fight for a free death blow. If not, buckle up because you are in for a fight. He is great practice for your timing when it comes to deflecting as well. If you beat him, you will get a Gourd Seed from him. You can skip him for now if he is giving you that much trouble.
This one is hard to miss. After you burn the giant orge, you can grapple up above where he was. Take a left once up there and the item in the next room is your Gourd Seed.
Head to the Ashina Castle Gate idol and turn around. You should see some stone steps with a bit of snow on them. Go to the stairs and go up. Instead of entering the building, go around to building to find a merchant. He will sell you a Gourd Seed for 1000 Sen.
