Supplement Location 1
Your first bottle of pills can be found when Ellie and Dina dismount to check out some houses in the snow. Go into the trailer with the open door and you can find the pill bottle on the bed.

Supplement Location 2
In the same area, climb up into the busted wall on the second floor of this building.

In the bathroom up there you can find two pills.

Supplement Location 3
Now climb up into the blue house and there are some more pills on the night stand table.

Supplement Location 4
When you find the dead moose, head into the building and you’ll run into a blue locked door. Go around the outside and through the window to enter that room, the pills are in the sink.

Supplement Location 5
After Dina saves Ellie from the infected, enter the building. Inside of the truck on the right side of the building you will find more supplements.

Supplement Location 6
When you put your gas mask on and enter the next building, you will enter a kind of kitchen area. There is a locker in the corner with some supplements inside of it.

Supplement Location 7
In the same area there is a desk with a safe in it. The safe combo is 07 20 13 and inside there are some more supplements.

Supplement Location 8
When you get to the Pharmacy where Dina makes a Moltov, you can find plenty of extra pills. Check the racks, shelves, and drawers for them.

Seattle Day 1 Supplement Location Guide

Seattle Day 1 Supplement Location 1
Your first set of supplements can be found up in a tower near the large gate during this part. When you go behind the gate alone there are two buildings. The first building is the generator fence and the next one has the button for the large gate. Use a bottle or brick to bust out the window in the second building and climb out. Climb up the tower to find some supplements and other goodies.

Yours might be a little different depending on which building you enter first. When you enter the Synagogue, you will have to exit by swinging and jumping off a rope. Before you exit, enter the room at the end of the area to find some pills on the desk.

When you leave the Synagogue and reenter the grassy Seattle area, there is a destroyed building very close.

It doesn’t look like much, but if you climb it to the top you will get some stuff. You will need to break the window out on the way up.

From there, head to Barkos after getting the key in the bathroom. There are more supplements to be had inside Barkos and a holster.

When you get to the WLF area, you can find a few supplements around in the bathrooms.

In the bigger city area you can find some in the apartment bathrooms, bookstore, gas station, and the other open buildings.

Inside the TV Station you can find some pills on the upper floor desks.

After you get into the subway tunnels and escape the clickers, you will be in a train. Follow it to the end and you will get some supplements and some ammo.

In the basement of the liquor store you will find some supplements in the bathroom.

Inside the grocery store near the liquor store you can find some more supplements. Break the windows in the back and head into the room there to get them.
