Where To Find Pokemon Footstep Evidence In Pokemon Sword & Shield The Crown Tundra
You are given more footprints then you actually need to get 100%. Don’t worry, you won’t miss them if you look hard enough. The grass footprints come from the grassy areas.
You can find 16% of your foot prints here on the map. It is to the south of your home base in town.
Look near the dens, under the trees, in between the trees, and near the rock walls. You are looking for the glowing foot prints. Once you have 14%, you can leave the area.
Next you want to head south out of the town from the east exit. You will hit a point where the snow becomes grass. Go to where my red marker is on the map.
Head south towards the pine trees and you should see four footsteps that lead to the tree, grab them. Next head to the west and go to the pine tree here, there are a few more foot steps in this area.
Now head back to the first tree, and in front of you you will see the ruins. Go towards the ruins and circle the first broken building, grabbing all the foot prints around it.
Then go behind the ruined fields in the ruins for another foot step. This is in the area where you found the mayor. Now we are going to the opposite side of the ruined houses and checking that area. Now cross the street and go to the other ruined buildings in the area. You will find more footsteps there until you reach these rocks.
Lastly, check the large broken building in the area to find a set of footprints in the corner. I had 60% when I left this area. Leave the ruins out the east exit and follow the rock wall near that ruined building you just checked.
There are two more sets of footprints here, grab them and you see it looks like they are walking over the water. There is a set on that little island as well, go around the water to swim there. On the way, grab these two overlooking the water.
Follow the pair east and star along the mountain side to collect some more until you reach a snowy area. Don’t enter the snow area but wrap around the edge of the area and you will find some more tracks on the out skirts.
Then head back to the area just south of town, and this time wrap around the rock on the south west side. Follow it around to find a few more tracks and keep following the tracks to finish up completely. Return to Sonia and she will tell you that the Pokemon is found in the Giant’s Bed area. I found mine right beneath the ruined town, it was a Virizion. Save before fighting, if you kill it it won’t be coming back.
You have two spots to go for these quickly. The cave that leads to the Frigid sea, and the big island on Frigid sea.
The legendary Pokemon is then found in the Frigid Sea on the big island. It is called Cobalion and this dude can hit like a truck. Be sure to save before fighting it because it won’t respawn if you kill it.
