Once you reach a certain point during Chapter 5 in the main story, you will unlock the Real Estate mini-game. It’s actually very in-depth when compared to the other mini-games and has the potential to earn you millions of Yen whilst also being quite exciting to play. Managers

Papillon Kato

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #9 – The Show Must Go On and Kazuma Kiryu Substory #12 – Miracle On Tenkaichi Street and speak with Papillon Kato outside the Real Estate office.

Director Spining

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #9 – The Show Must Go On and Kazuma Kiryu Substory #12 – Miracle On Tenkaichi Street and speak with Director Spining outside the Real Estate office.

Sachiko

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #17 – Underneath It All and speak with Sachiko outside the Real Estate Office.

The Leisure King

You must dominate the Leisure King Area before you can recruit The Leisure King

Nugget

Yes… It’s a chicken. You have to complete the special bowling challenge during Chapter 6, get 3 strikes in a row.

The Electronics King

You must completely dominate The Electronics King’s area and defeat him in battle to recruit him as a manager.

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #4 – Kamurocho Undercover and Kazuma Kiryu Substory #5 – The Human Trafficking Ring then speak with Kasuga outside the Real Estate office to recruit him.

The Pleasure King

You must obtain all of the properties in The Pleasure Kings area and defeat him in combat.

The Gambling King

You must obtain all of the properties in The Gambling Kings area and defeat him in combat.

Li Leung

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #8 – Password Protected during Chapter 5 and then speak with Li Leung outside the Real Estate Office.

Officer Kikuchi

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #46 – The Stop And Search Specialist and then speak with Officer Kikuchi outside the Real Estate Office.

The Mafia Boss

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #47 – The Mushroom Merchant and speak with The Mafia Boss outside the Real Estate Office.

Gakuta Takeshita

You must dominate the Leisure King Area before you can recruit Gakuta Takeshita

Koshimizu-Kun

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #15 – Help Wanted, Kazuma Kiryu Substory #16 – Help Wanted Again and Kazuma Kiryu Substory #21 – First Impressions to recruit Koshimizu-Kun as a Security officer.

Namiya Meiden

You must completely dominate The Electronics King’s area and defeat The Electronics King in battle to recruit him as a Security.

Jaguar

You must obtain all of the properties in the Pleasure King area and defeat The Pleasure King in combat

Video Boy

You need to complete the Kazuma Kiryu Substory #24 – The Girl In The Video Substory and then speak with Video Boy outside the office.

Advisors

Krazy Kyo

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #6 – Damned Yanki and then speak with Krazy Kyo outside of the Real Estate Office to unlock his as an Advisor.

The Masochistic Man

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #10 – How To Train Your Dominatrix and speak with The Masochistic Man outside the Real Estate Office.

The Fortune-Teller

You must complete Kazuma Kiryu Substory #1 – The Visionary Fortune Teller and then speak with the Fortune-Teller outside the Real Estate Office.

Earth Angels Mama

Once you reach Chapter 6 and unlock the Real Estate mini-game head to The Champion District. It’s on the far East of Kamurocho. There is a small okama’s bar located within The Champion District called, Earth Angel. It’s only open at night. Head inside, order the top whiskey and the bartender will speak to you afterwards – joining you as an advisor.
