Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Announced

The next game in Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to release this holiday season.

Developed by the same team at Ubisoft Montreal that led the development of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Origins, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has players living through the saga of the fierce Viking raider Eivor. Raised on tales of glory and battle, this Viking experience will transport players to an open world set against the brutal backdrop of England’s Dark Ages. Along the way, players will be able to join in raids, can grow their settlement, build their power, and expand their influence.

According to Ashraf Ismail, Creative Director of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla:

“We can’t wait for players to experience the incredible Viking journey ahead of them. Being in Eivor’s boots as both a Viking raider and a clan leader, players will face the conflicts of establishing a new home in the midst of a power struggle for control of England.”

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.
