DIRT 5 Launching This October
The next-generation continuation of Codemasters’ incredibly lifelike rally sim, DIRT 5 will come out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC in October of this year.
DIRT 5 will whisk players away on a global journey to such locales as New York City, Rio de Janeiro, and remote areas of Greece and China. A variety of vehicle classes will be available to choose from, including buggies, unlimited trucks, rock bouncers, and traditional and modern rally cars.
The narrative-driven Career returns in a bigger fashion, with event types and challenges across some incredibly tough terrain. Players will also be able to get creative with the livery editor, which will feature more customization options than previous DIRT entries. DIRT 5 prides itself on featuring a non-linear progression path, which will allow players to choose more of the events they want.
Finally, DIRT 5 heralds the return of split-screen for up to four players, and will feature the voice talents of Nolan North and Troy Baker.
