Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Launch Trailer | PS5, PS4

Taking place a year after the conclusion of 2018’s Marvel’s Spider-Man (you can read our review of that title here), Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales features a new story, complete with a new set of villains, new set-pieces, and a number of unique quests.

Though the game is also out for the PlayStation 4, the PlayStation 5 version will take advantage of the console’s increased processing power. Benefits include dedicated ray-tracing hardware, custom SSD storage with reduced loading times, Tempest Engine and DualSense controller (supporting haptic feedback), real-time ray tracing effects, and 3D spatial audio. A performance mode that supports 4K resolutions and 60 frames per second will also be included.

An Ultimate Edition of the game, which includes the base game and Spider-Man: Remastered, will also be available for the PlayStation 5 at launch.
