According to Caio Lopez, founder of Cat Nigiri:

“Necrosphere Deluxe is a metroidvania dished out in bite-sized segments, perfect for swift respawning without losing any progress. Using minimalistic controls and 16-bit style artwork we were able to create a fantastically demanding experience that will deliver fond nostalgic memories to old-school gamers.”

An Xbox One version will come out in Q1 2019.
