Paper Mario: The Origami King Coming July 17
Mario’s paper-crafted world will return when Nintendo’s Paper Mario: The Origami King will launch for the Nintendo Switch on July 17, 2020.
In this title, the ruler of the Origami Kingdom King Olly has a plan to fold the entire world. Bounding Princess Peach’s Castle in giant, colored streamers and transporting it to a distant mountain, Mario must go out and save the day.
The title will include a ring-based battle system that features dynamic, turn-based battles. Players can also stretch and pull the landscape using Mario’s new 1000-Fold Arms ability. Finally, King Olly’s good-natured sister Olivia and other allies (including Bowser) will help along the way.
