Sackboy: A Big Adventure Gets Introduction Trailer
Wondering what’s to come with Sumo Digital and PlayStation Studios’ Sackboy: A Big Adventure? Learn more with the latest video for the game.
Design Director Ned Waterhouse shares insights on what fans can expect in the following video. He mentions that the LittleBigPlanet series has seen great popularity since the PlayStation 3 days, and that Sackboy: A Big Adventure focuses solely on play. This focus has allowed the development team to build a great 3D platformer.
To achieve this vision, Sumo Digital reinvented Sackboy’s control scheme from scratch. The game will run at 60 frames per second, and Sackboy will have a number of new abilities that help him be even more responsive. The team also designed a compelling world to explore, one that pushes the visuals through the power of the PlayStation 5.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure can also be played in co-op in its entirety, either at home or online. A set of exclusive co-op levels will also be included, where both you and your mates will have to work together to succeed. Whether you help or hinder your friends is up to you.
