It’s not too late to add some new games to your Christmas list. Here are 5 games we’re looking forward to in December. Oh, and we won’t make you click through five pages to look at the entire list.

Just Cause 3

Avalanche Studios and Square-Enix are gearing up for another round of high-flying, explosive action in the upcoming sandbox title Just Cause 3. Taking place in Medici, series mainstay Rico Rodriguez sets out to take down the dictator General Di Ravello. We personally like the amount of freedom offered here, along with the inclusion of the new wingsuit.

Just Cause 3 will come out for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on December 1, 2015.

Rainbow Six: Siege

Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six series marches on with Rainbow Six: Siege. Serving as a successor to Rainbow Six: Patriots, this game is built on a foundation of co-op play and destructible environments. We are personally look forward to the new “Terrorist Hunt” mode, which supports up to five players.

Rainbow Six: Siege will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on December 1, 2015.

Xenoblade Chronicles X

Nintendo and Monolith Soft’s Xenoblade Chronicles X continues the Xeno series with an open world and lots of mechs (called “Skells”). Players take control of a customizable avatar on the planet Mira as they fight off an evil alien race. We are personally looking forward to exeriencing more of the exploration elements the series is known for.

Xenoblade Chronicles X will come out for the Wii U on December 4, 2015.

Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of Despair

A remake of Earth Defense Force 2025, D3 Publisher and XSEED Games’ Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of Despair pits the humans against insects, UFOs, giant lizards and more. We are personally looking forward to experiencing its huge repertoire of weapons, as well as its co-op play.

Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of Despair will come out for the PlayStation 4 on December 8, 2015.

Devil’s Third

Valhalla Game Studios’s Devil’s Third shows a world thrown into complete and utter chaos. Fighting in a world without satellite technology, players traverse the world in a fight for the ages. We are looking forward to experiencing this game from Tomonobu Itagaki, who previously headed up development for the Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive series.

Devil’s Third will come out for the Wii U on December 11, 2015.

What we at Gamers Heroes are looking forward to the most:

We are looking forward to playing Just Cause 3 the most this month. The previous two games offered many hours of playtime, and Just Cause 3 looks like it will have more of the same.
