Cosplay Wednesday – Hyrule Warriors’ Cia

Hyrule Warriors Cia Cosplay - Gamers Heroes

Hyrule Warriors is back on the Nintendo Switch with the release of Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition. In honor of this game, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a cosplay of the villain Cia.

TerminaCosplay (aka Shayna Polomchak) showed this cosplay of Cia off at Gen Con, and got to do a photoshoot while she was there.

When she first started making this costume, she originally did not have enough experience sewing. After taking a few months to learn how to do it, she was able to finish it using different materials and different methods. All the armor, gold pieces, and most of the jewelry was created with Worbla and craft foam, or just Worbla. Magnets were also used to attach the mask onto the hat, to hold the gold pieces to the hat, and to keep the hip plate and belts on her body. Finally, she used ostrich feathers for the shoulder piece, and rooster feathers for the neckpiece.
