Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour- First Look

Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour - Gamers Heroes
The world of Kingdom Hearts has spanned numerous games and has garnered itself countless fans. Now on tour for the second year, the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour- is now traveling around the world, providing a fresh take on old classics. Gamers Heroes got a chance to go to the inaugural show at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, and is here to provide a first look at this worldwide phenomenon.

Led by Yoko Shimomura, Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World Tour- captures the music from all entries of the series. From Traverse Town to Daybreak Town, any song you can think of is recreated by a live orchestra made up of dozens of singers, piano players, and stringed instruments. Medlies for each of the characters, areas, and even bosses were also performed. Every title is covered, including Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts Union χ. As a very special treat, a special track from Kingdom Hearts III was also performed.

The City of Angels Community Choir made a special appearance, along with Kingdom Hearts director Tetsuya Nomura. Accompanying the orchestra is footage of each game, broadcast on a big screen for all to enjoy.

Those looking to take the experience home can purchase a number of different pieces of merchandise at the show. CDs, concert programs, t-shirts, and even a chief conductor keyblade are all available for purchase.
