You can find the map at this location, an abandoned library. You have to break some wood covering the stairs that lead down and then break the jars near the wall to reveal an entrance you can sneak through. Grab the map and then check out the clue.

Head to this location, the Southern tip of Snotinghamscire, the Minninglow Woods. There’s a circle of trees surrounding a well. The treasure is directly in front of the well.
