What Are Blueprints For?
In Dishonored 2 blueprints are unique items scattered throughout the game world. Once found and delivered to a Black Market vendor they can be used to craft various upgrades for your equipment, items and weapons. They are also some very well hidden Mastercraft blueprints that offer the more unique and most powerful upgrades for some of your weapons. Dishonored 2 Blueprint Location Guide
Dispersed Incendiary Release Blueprint Location #1
Head to the dock with the beached whale and turn to face the buildings. Above you will see an awning with an open window. Inside is a safe that contains the blueprint. Incendiary Bolt, Immolates the enemy.
Hardened Bolt Blueprint Location #2
Progress through the area until you reach the Karnaca Enclave. Head up the stairs to the Overseers Office and there’s a Blueprint on the table. Hardened Bolt, Inflicts Greater Damage
Combat Sleep Dart Formula Blueprint Location #3
When you enter the building through the main glass doors look up to your right. Go up to the broken walkway and into the next room. It can be found inside the safe. Instant sleep dart

Inside Joe Hamiltons office on the desk. If you do not get the key from him search the box behind him with the gun inside, the key is also there. His office is on the top floor, up the last set of stairs next to elevator. Stinging bolt, causes enemy to flee and forget

Inside the station, in the far back left corner. There is a room with a safe inside. You may be able to get in without it but otherwise buy the key from the Black Market.
Upper Aventa District[line style='solid' top='10' bottom='10' width='100%' height='1' color='']
Alloy Polarization Blueprint Location #6
Inside the building you have to enter to disable the Light Gate. Inside the classroom on a desk.
The Clockwork Mansion[line style='solid' top='10' bottom='10' width='100%' height='1' color='']
Conductive Filaments Blueprint Location #7
Inside the Clockwork Mansion proceed until you reach the room with the 2 civilians talking inside. There’s a switch on the wall. Hit the switch and quickly leave, waiting for the floor from above to come down. Return to the room and find the blueprint on the table.
Slug Splintering Wedges Blueprint Location #8
In the final area where you either electrocute or kill Kirin Jindosh. Look up and jump up to the next level. You’ll see a large desk with a painting behind it. Check the cupboard in the front of the desk for the blueprint.

Triggered Housing Blueprint Location #9
On the first floor head to the elevator. Look to the right, go inside the room with the prototype Light Gate. There’s a blueprint on the table.
Configurable Grooving Blueprint Location #10, #11
Speak to the Black Market vendor and he will offer you a side quest. Complete the quest to get two blueprints as a reward.
Spike Grenade Housing Blueprint Location #11
Head to the Crone Hand Pub. You’ll see Paolo sitting in the courtyard. Climb the stairs behind the bar and search the nearby rooms. There’s a large chest, the blueprint is inside.
Secondary Coiling Blueprint Location #12
When you’re at the Crone Hand Pub, look towards the bar with the sign above that says Saloon. Turn around and head down the stairs through the door. Take a right, then a left, the blueprint is on the table.
Aramis Stiltons Manor[line style='solid' top='10' bottom='10' width='100%' height='1' color='blue']
Firing Chamber Pivot Blueprint Location #13
Progress through the area until you reach the large dining room in the past. Drop down and explore the nearby hallways until you see a huge vault. Switch back to the present, walk into the vault, switch back to the past and then search the safe for the blueprint.
The Grand Palace[line style='solid' top='10' bottom='10' width='100%' height='1' color='blue']
Small-scale Combustion Blueprint Location #15
Inside the shopkeepers apartment. Head to the safe shop and loot the register for a key. Then go to the door that leads to the Grand Palace but don’t go through. Check the nearby apartments, it’s inside the apartments with the upstairs exit to the Grand Palace that bypasses the Light Gate.
Blade Conversion Blueprint Location #16
Once you’re inside the actual palace take the elevator to the third floor. Exit the elevator and enter the room on your right. You can find the blueprint inside the cabinet between the two bookshelves.
Folded Galvani Resin Blueprint Location #17
Find the stairwell inside the Grand Palace, any floor will do. Follow it all the way to the bottom. Eventually you’ll reach a room with a guard and boxes in shelves for storage. It looks like a dead end but use your vision ability and you’ll notice a lever the other side of the wall opposite the door you use to enter and the left. Just nearby is a tiny button, use it to open the passageway and head down the stairs. The blueprint is on the large table.
Dual Layered Galvani Weave Blueprint Location #18
Aboard the Dreadful Wale before you embark on the mission. Head to the room where Anton Sokolov is painting a picture, check the nearby crafting desk for the blueprint.
Counter-blast Inversion Blueprint Location #19
Just before you reach the objective marked “Dunwall Tower Entrance” there’s a building to your right you can explore, the one with the first safe you found. Head inside to find a blueprint on the table
