Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Frenzy Guide
What is a Frenzy and how does it benefit your adventures in the game? Check out our Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Frenzy Guide for a full break down and explanation of the Frenzy system in the latest addition to the Dragon Ball Z series.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s story adventure is delivered in an episodic fashion. This means that certain parts of the game are locked, unavailable until a specific part of the story has been reached. The same can be said for the Frenzy feature, it will not become available until you have completed the first saga and a couple of story quests in the first Intermission. Once you have reached that point of the game, Frenzy will begin to occur.

When you are flying or running around exploring, Bulma will sometimes appear on screen and inform you of a Frenzy in a particular area. As you can see above, she contacted me regarding a special event in the Southeast Mountains Area, explaining there is a large supply of Tasty Fruit in the region.

The Frenzy system is basically a boost in materials, ingredients and other collectibles you can find on the map. It’s a fantastic method of getting ingredients fast, especially when you want to cook the Full Course Meal Recipes. When you hear about a Frenzy event, check the World Map.

Frenzy locations for fruit are marked with a special icon, a basket of fruit and a yellow arrow. Locations that feature this icon are the locations involved in the Frenzy. Travel to the locations to find an increase in a certain item, depending on Bulma’s original message. Search the correct nodes, so for fruit it’s on the trees, and you’ll find a huge supply compared to normal.
