Unlike normal dishes, that are restricted based on a limitation of 3 minutes, the Full Course Meal dishes provide buffs and benefits for much longer periods of time. The buffs and bonuses they provide are also substantially better than the normal dishes, making them vital for some of the games more challenging fights and sagas.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Full Course Meal Recipe Guide

The Full Course Meal is a feature that is initially unavailable in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. You must complete the first saga and arrive at the first Intermission. From there, the story will have you find a special recipe for Chi-Chi. This is when the Full Course Meal option becomes available for you to use.
