Where To Find DLC Items In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory

At the start of chapter 2 in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory, you can freely move around different parts of the city. If you leave the hacker’s cafe area you will see a woman outside who has DLC over her head. Speak with her and you will get all the DLC items you got for pre-ordering. These include new outfits, the ability to form certain Digimon and even some free Digimon. If you do this at the start of Chapter 2 you will not have enough memory to get all of your free Digimon. You will have to wait until later in the game when you can increase your memory to get the last Digimon in your party.
