At the start of chapter 2 in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory, you can freely move around different parts of the city. If you leave the hacker’s cafe area you will see a woman outside who has DLC over her head. Speak with her and you will get all the DLC items you got for pre-ordering. These include new outfits, the ability to form certain Digimon and even some free Digimon. If you do this at the start of Chapter 2 you will not have enough memory to get all of your free Digimon.
