Where To Find Glass Gemstone In Final Fantasy XV For The Engine Blade

The earliest place you can find a Glass Gemstone is as a low chance drop in one of the dungeons, the Crestholm Channels dungeon. There’s a good chance you’ll find one by the time you’ve beaten the boss but the enemies inside are around the level 50 mark and ideally you want to upgrade the Engine Blade as quickly as possible as the Ultima Blade really is an incredibly powerful weapon.

There is an easier spot to find a Glass Gemstone that doesn’t require a dungeon or high level enemy. Check the South West corner of your map for Cape Caem. This area opens after you complete the blockade story mission so you can get there quite quickly. Head to Cape Caem and you’ll see a Lighthouse. Head towards the Lighthouse and look for a small building on the way. You can actually open the door of this building to find a Magic Flask inside.

Next to the building is a well, atop the well is a shiny object you can collect. This is the Glass Gemstone.
