To get the Kirin Azure Horn you will have to hunt a high ranked Kirin. If you don’t have this quest then you will have to join one via an SOS flare or from a lobby. It is a quest you have to unlock by finding Electrified Fur in the Coral area. If you don’t want to do that you can just find parts for the Kirin in the actual quest if you join someone else hunting the Kirin. The horn is on the head of the Kirin and to get it you need to bust it off. It is a hard target because of how much the Kirin moves. It can be knocked down after being mounted to make it easier to break. You can get it from bonus loot after killing the Kirin as well. It isn’t that bad of a drop and you can normally get one or two a time if you break the horn.
