This one is actually a waiting game. Instead of searching for it all over the world you will want to hold this quest for a few more main missions. After you do three taskes for thel ady at the library you will recruit a Dog soldier for your army. He will give you two side quests and one of them is to recruit Min Ti. By giving her a Sleep-Be-Gone you will complete her quest and she will reward you with 5 Spools of Grass Green Thread. I read on some forums that you could find it in the Rolling Hills but I spent about a half hour there killing enemies and picking up shinnies and no dice. Even after I got them in my inventory it still says ??? on where to find them.
