Fighting the Xeno’Jiiva is tricky because it is a mission you can only get with luck. Sometimes when you return from a hunt you will get a message that lets you know you can hunt the Xeno’jiiva for two missions. Thankfully you can generally find SOS flares that are hunting them as well so it isn’t that hard to farm. When you are fighting the beat you have to try your best to bust its head to help with your chances of getting a horn. The horn can be a random reward as well but the chances are greater if you shatter the horn while fighting it. This boss cannot be part of an investigation so you can’t use the bonus rewards from that to help your cause either. Honestly, compared to some of the more rare parts like Gems and Horn+ this isn’t that bad and you should get enough pieces after a few fights. You just have to worry about surviving.
