Forza Horizon 5 Drive The Buggy Volcano Expedition Optional Accolades Guide

The volcano Expedition has you completing tasks on a volcano. This Forza Horizon 5 Drive The Buggy Volcano Expedition Optional Accolades Guide will tell you where to find all of the optional Accolade objectives so you can maximize the points you get at the end, helping you get into the hall of fame quicker.

Depending on what areas of the Horizon Festival you’ve unlocked, this may be one of your first Expeditions. They are simple missions where you explore a small area and find different objectives. These are completely optional, hence the name optional Accolades, so you don’t have to do them, but most of them are quick and easy. For the Expedition on the volcano, you need to find the following objectives:

  • Put On The Volcanologist Thermal Suit
  • Find A Location For The Seismometer
  • Collect A Sample From The Hot Spring Lake
  • Smash 5 Steam Vents To Release Geothermal Energy

As with all of the Expeditions, the icons will appear once you are within a certain range. This one is unique as it has the Steam Vents you need to find. There are more than the 5 required but I’ve marked them on the map with additional icons so you can find them easier if you’re struggling to find the last one or two.

You can head straight to the objective marker and skill all these challenges but it’s not a difficult one and can be easily complete in a few seconds. You can also unlock an additional outfit by completing the step that asks you to put on the volcanologist thermal suit.

Once you have successfully completed the objectives, head to the final marker to complete the mission and progress with the Forza Horizon 5 story.
