The Majestic Horn is a special material that is involved in several High Rank recipes. You won’t need it during any of the Low Rank equipment forging recipes, this is purely for those closer to the end-game content. It’s involved in a few recipes but most notably, it is required to make some of the High Rank Diablos set. Funnily enough, that’s where you’ll find it.
The Majestic Horn is a rare drop from the Black Diablos, a special female-only version of the Diablos that you can unlock during latter parts of the High Rank content. When fighting Black Diablos, you must aim to destroy both of its horns for the maximum chance of obtaining the Majestic Horn.
It is not a guaranteed drop. I probably broke 20-30 before getting my first drop. It’s very rare, and made more difficult by the strength of Black Diablos. Try to join other peoples’ missions, especially those that allow 3+ deaths. Doing the harder Black Diablos missions is rarely a good idea in a group.
