You need an Exploding Golf Ball to take out one of your targets for an optional challenge. This Hitman 3 Dubai Angry Birdy Challenge Guide will tell you everything you need to know, from finding the Golf Ball, to getting it to explode, taking out your target Carl Ingram.
The first step to completing this objective is to find the Exploding Golf Ball. The quickest way to find it is to open your menu and go to the Mission Stories tab. Select the How The Mighty Fall mission so it’s being tracked on your screen. Then you just follow the blue lightbulb icon. Eventually, after opening a window and climbing to a higher floor, you will be tasked with going to a server room. Don’t do that step, instead proceed to the location shown below:

Walk past the server room and you will see a young maintenance staff member on her phone. It’s a rather odd conversation but you hear her say the Exploding Golf Ball is in a nearby maintenance cupboard. After the call she will walk towards it, further down the hall. There are two workers here, including the girl, subdue them both and hide them in the nearby closet. The girl drops the key to the maintenance room at the end of the hall. You will find the exploding golf ball on the floor, near the door that leads outside.
Inside the same room, where you find the Exploding Golf Ball is a ladder. Climb the ladder to place the golf ball in the container with the other balls. If you haven’t activated this shortcut, you will need to get to the penthouse suit at the top of the building to do so. Once you have placed the golf ball, run to the Penthouse suite.
You need to wait for your target to enter the study. If he’s not there, you can go to the dining room and activate the egg timer on the counter. This will bring the target down to eat, then he will go to the study. When he is inside the study, turn on the radio. A servants uniform works best here.
He will get angry and say he is going up to the penthouse suite. Get up there first, there’s a vacuum cleaner outside the door. Activate it just as he gets to the stairs. If you do it too soon, someone will turn it off. This will annoy him even more. He will then go to play Golf.
Now, just wait for the fireworks.
