How To Change Outfits In One Piece World Seeker
You can’t change your outfit until you get back to the Thousand Sunny. First you get your ship back and then you need to rescue Franky and find Usopp. These two are able to craft new outfits for you as well as equipment. After you rescue all the Straw Hats and get the Thousand Sunny back, you can change your outfit there. The door near the stairs by Sanji on the boat is where you can change your outfit. If you have none, you can find them in Gold Chests on occasion on this island. I found one on Cannon Island for the Whole Cake Island Arc. They don’t give you any buffs, but you can look different if you want.
