How To Complete Perimeter Breakout H.M.P Offshore The Escapists 2
You and your buddy are going to need some basic equipment to pull off this escape.
- Boltcutters
- Plastic Red Key x2
Go to the West side of the compound first, disable the electric generator – this disables a contraband gate on the other side.
After disabling the generator, head to the area on the far East of the map. Shown Below
Head down to the lowest level and then take the North red door exit (For single player head South instead and get on the boat). You’ll see the submarine ahead. Cut through the fence to make your escape.
