Unlike the regular Slowpoke from the original games, the Galarian Slowpoke has a special method you must do in order to evolve it. It involves collecting a new item introduced with the Isle of Armor, Galarian Twigs. They are not very difficult to find. Search the base of tree trunks scattered around the island for shiny items on the floor, these are often the twigs you need. You must find 8 Galarian Twigs before you can evolve your Galarian Slowpoke.
How To Evolve Galarian Slowpoke In Sword & Shield Isle Of Armor
Once you have all 8 Galarian Twigs head to this island to the South West of the station on the Isle of Armor. There is a lady here that will offer to make you a Galarica Cuff in exchange for 8 Galarian Twigs. Once you have gathered all 8 twigs, make the exhchange.
Then, check your items for the Galarian Cuff and use the item on Slowpoke as you would a normal evolution item. This will cause Galarian Slowpoke to evolve into Galarian Slowbro.
