If you are looking for find a Magnemite, you can find it near the Water Tower, on Challenge Beach. Head to the cave near there and the grass outside of it by he river has them floating around. From there, you need to level it up until it evolves in Mageneton. I am not sure which level it is, I have all the badges and they spawn at level 60. Mine evolved at 61, so it happens before that. When you have Magneton in your party, you will then need a thunder stone to evolve it into a Mangezone. You can get this from shiny spots on the ground, back on the mainland, or upgrade the dojo enough that they start to sell stones there.
