How To Evolve Porygon In Sword & Shield Isle Of Armor
Firstly you need to find the two items. The first item, Upgrade, can be found in the Training Lowlands Region near Digger Pa. The other is on an island at the very Southern edge of the map. You need to have Porygon hold Upgrade and then trade it to a friend. Then, once you get it back, give it the Dubious Disc and then trade it again. That will cause Porygon to evolve to Porygon2 and then PorygonZ.
Once you have both items and trade with a friend, Porygon will evolve twice and you will get both Porygon2 and PorygonZ into your Pokedex.
