First thing you will want to do is to head to Irondale. You want to head south to some ruins on the outskirt of that town. If you can’t teleport there yet then you are gonna have to fly or run. Or just leave the quest for another time at that point.

Use the Leviosa spell to lift the tree up and go and grab the treasure. It is a pretty cool way to hide some treasure. Another treasure hunter piece and another quest down.
