How To Get Into The Londinium Bureau In AC Valhalla

Head to Lunden and then go here on the map.

In the graveyard there, you will see a large wooden wall around a hole in the ground. Climb up and drop down to enter the Bureau, but the main portion is still blocked off. You need to dive into the water, and it is very hard to see down there. Go to the west wall under the water and swing, this will eventually bust a wall down and you can swim deeper into the area. Get out of the water on the other side and use the rocks to jump onto the hanging platform.

Now you need to climb up onto one of the poles and look through the grated windows, you should see some red pots you can shoot. Around the corner from there you can see a breakable wall, shoot the pots of use the Powder Trap arrow to break the wall and go inside. Once inside, grab the loot, which is a armor piece and a codex for back home. Then get the key and head back out through the door that was locked before. You can also see a note stating that they went to Cologne and advises the rest of the order does the same.
