Follow the main story until you get your first gym badge and you’re told to return to Jubilife City. There, when attempting to leave to the North, you will encounter Team Galatic.
Win this battle and then follow the story North to Floaroma Town. When you arrive, immediately as you enter, take a left and you will see two elderly people sitting in a field of flowers. Speak with the elderly lady and she will confirm whether or not you have Let’s Go data saved on your profile. If you do, she will ask if you would like to “go” on another adventure with this Pokemon. Say yes and she will give you a Mew, it’s that easy.
