As you explore the world you will find many Books of Knowledge in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. When you find a Book of Knowledge it will either upgrade an existing ability or provide you with a brand new ability to use in combat. There’s a huge variety of both melee and ranged attacks, ranging from a sword of fire to a good ol’ fashioned Spartan kick. As such, having more adrenaline is a vital part of combat as it allows you to use these abilities in quicker succession – especially useful for when taking down some of the games more challenging targets.

You unlock more Adrenaline on the skill tree. You earn skill points each time you level up by completing quests and defeating enemies. The skill tree in AC Valhalla is huge, leaving a lot of room for customization, creating a unique and powerful build that compliments your personal choice of weapons, armor, and attack approach. You will find two of the additional adrenaline bars South and South west of the starting point in the skill tree, as shown above.
