More dig teams is vital. It’s the best way to increase island rating, unlocking dinosaurs and making a ton of cash. Sadly the option for more dig teams is not available at the start of the game but you get there soon enough.

How To Get More Dig Teams In Jurassic World Evolution

Sadly, you can only ever construct a single one on each island, so to progress through the game you must at least establish a strong base of operations on each island including a Research Station. Once you begin to unlock new islands and construct more stations, your total will begin to rise.

If you want to unlock more dig teams you need to navigate to your Research Menu. Once there, look at the bottom right on the Expedition Center tree. It tells you there what you need to do in order to unlock another team. You need to get a 5 star rating on Isla Muerta for Dig Team Bravo. Dig Team Charlie is easier to get as I unlocked that without noticing.
