How To Get More Gifts In Fire Emblem Engage

The popular gifting system returns in Fire Emblem Engage. In this guide on How To Get More Gifts In Fire Emblem Engage we’ll explain how you can unlock a special shop that allows you to buy more gifts to give to your allies as, at least initially, you will only find very few scattered around on the floor.

As with most Fire Emblem games, Fire Emblem Engage features a gift system that allows you to give gifts to the characters in your party. This, in turn, increases your friendship rating with those characters, unlocking more bonuses and abilities to use in combat. There are a lot of characters this time around, so you’re really going to need to be buying as many gifts as you can find.

How To Get More Gifts In Fire Emblem Engage

In the early stages of the game you can find a few gifts laying around on the floor. However, there are only 3-4 types that can be obtained this way. So you can’t really rely on this as a good method of getting gifts. Thankfully, however, there is a gift shop that opens later in the game called the Flea Market.

You need to follow the main story until you reach Chapter 14, The Battle for the Solm. Once you have completed this battle return to your main base and you will get a notification that a new shop has arrived, this is the Flea Market. You can now buy gifts here to give to your friends.

The fishing activity allows you to gather special fish and Bond Fragments. In this guide on Where To Get All The Fishing Rods In Fire Emblem Engage, we list all of the fishing rods you can get in the game alongside all the information you need to unlock them.

Blaine "Captain Camper" Smith is one of the original founders of Gamers Heroes. Now operating under the guise of Editor-in-Chief (purely because we felt the position was needed for public relations purposes), he's tasked with a lot of the kind of jobs that would put you to sleep at your desk. When he's not catching some Zs, you'll likely find him arguing points he knows nothing about, playing the latest rogue-like he'll never complete, or breaking something on the website that never needed fixing.
