You will need to do a few things before you can actually get the Balloon Pokemon. First off, it needs to be on a Friday. I found my Drifloon during the day, but I don’t know if time of day matters or not. So make sure it is a Friday before you go check.The next part involves you clearing out the Team Galactic from the area. You need to completely beat them and gain access to the building in that area. Talk to the guys inside and they will tell you that a Pokemon appears but he can’t recall which day. As stated above the day is Friday, so switch the calendar or wait until Friday to get the Pokemon to pop up in front of the Windworks building.
It is a Drifloon if you couldn’t figure it out by now.
