In order to get the glass blueprint you will need to get the science specialist terminal. You can do this by following the main story line that has to do with Artemis. The quest chain starts with “Along Amidst The Stars” and you need to complete a couple more parts to get the terminals. When you unlock the science terminal, speak with the NPC there and he will give you quests. Doing these quests will help you get new blueprints for new buildings and materials. I wasn’t so lucky but Smith got his on his first try. If you don’t get it at first, just keep doing missions and eventually you will get the glass blueprint.
