You will need to do a few things to be able to get this weapon.

First you will need the right amount of Phoenix Credits to get the blueprint. Go to the Special Gear Vendor in your Tech Wing to find the blueprint. I already bought it so I don’t have an exact number but I believe it was between 115 and 130 credits. Once you buy the blueprint you can keep building the weapon over and over and get the one you want for your build. Overall I recommend getting the blueprints from here over the guns and gear they sell.

When you have the blueprint go down to the crafting station and start your work. You will need 5 High-End weapon parts and 3 High-End tools to craft the weapon. I had enough from farming but if you don’t there are a couple of ways you can get them. You can go out to the higher level zones and farm the weapon part areas to get extra and combine the lower tier ones into higher tier ones. You can also go into the Dark Zone and farm Division Tech. The Division Tech can be turned into High-End crafting materials with only two blue pieces instead of five. I think the Dark Zone Materials give you a higher chance of getting better DPS on the weapon as well.

When you craft the weapon you can see if it suits you or not. I had to re-roll my first one for lower DPS but when I used Division Tech I almost maxed its DPS on the second try. AS for mods I recommend anything that DOESN’T add rapid fire. Rapid fire on this gun really messed with the accuracy and the recoil so avoid that. I personally went with increased accuracy, stability, mag size and crit. The gun may get unstable if I hold the trigger down for all 54 rounds but for the most part it works great.
